A dry white wine with aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and tropical fruits. Then Gulabi pear, sweet cherry and other white fruits. Hints of cedar and pine add a pleasant freshness. Pair with smoked fish, mixed salads, chicken with herbs. Almost extinct in 2020, the Kisi grape is in the early stages of a revival.
